Julie is a professional makeup artist and licensed esthetician with a lifelong career in the performing arts. She earned a BA in Musical Theatre from Butler University and an MFA in Acting from Minnesota State University Mankato. Julie was the Makeup Department Head for the Pigasus Pictures film So Cold the River that wrapped principle photography in February 2020. She was key artist for the films The Good Catholic, Ms White Light and The Miseducation of Bindu, and an additional artist for the 2017 release “Columbus”, and HBO’s 2019 “OG”. She was an owner of Brown County’s Palace Theatre from 2009-2012, and has taught makeup, theatre, speech and interpersonal communication at colleges throughout the Midwest. Julie is excited to work at IWC, because it’s clear that they are elevating the expectations for what Wellness education can be.
